The feeling of self-love

It’s perfectly fine if you adore yourself, give respect to yourself and pamper yourself. You are just a human being, not an idol to worship. Society always puts various responsibilities on the shoulders of every woman, like being a mother, daughter, wife, etc… However, you have full freedom to chill and relax at times. Don’t be your rude critic. Don’t be yourself all the time.

What is self-love?

Self-love is that growth from efforts that aid our physical, psychological and spiritual expansion. Self-love implies having a great concern for your well-being and health. It means taking care of your own desires and not forfeiting your well-being to satisfy others. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve.
